1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1 Cup Apple Juice
1 Container Apple Flavored Light Yoplait Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup of Apple Pie Filling

Icing:
1 Can Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Icing
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour all cupcake ingredients except pie filling into a large bowl and mix on low speed for 30 seconds and then on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 of the way full with batter. Chop apple pie filling so that apples are in chunks and not slices. Top batter with a spoonful of apple pie filling. Bake in 325 degree oven for 17 to 19 minutes. While baking, make icing. To make icing, combine all icing ingredients and blend until light and fluffy for 1 minute. Allow cupcakes to cool and add cinnamon cream cheese icing.
