2 cans cut green beans, drained
1/4 c. Milk
3/4 c. Melted Velveeta cheese (optional)
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
10-3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup French fried onions
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
