Crust Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs (use rolling pin, place crackers between wax paper)
1/4 c. Finely chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Butter

Filling Ingredients:
3 Well beaten eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Almond extract
3 c. Sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350-375 degrees


For the crust:
Melt the butter. Add the graham crackers, nuts and cinnamon to the butter. Stir and press the mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 in. spring pan.

For the Filling:
Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, salt, and extracts. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let cool, refrigerate overnight and enjoy!
