1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup flour
1 lb crabmeat
1 pint of milk
1 pint half & half
1 Tbls Old Bay Seasoning
1/3 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and flour, cooking over low heat for 3 -4 minutes. Add milk gradually, stirring, and then add seasoning and crabmeat. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes or until soup becomes the desired consistency. Remove from heat and add sherry and half and half. Yields one quart.
