Noodle Lasagne Casserole Recipe

2 lbs hamburg
10 oz wide egg noodles
15 oz Ricotta
16 oz sour cream
23 oz tomato sauce of your choice (spaghetti sauce, tomato soup etc)
2 cups mozzarella

Cook and drain hamburg,

Add tomato sauce of your choice.

Cook noodles.

Stir together ricotta and sour cream then mix into noodles.

In a 13 x 9 baking dish, put some sauce in bottom. Make layers of hamburg and noodles.

Top with mozzarella.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
