1 1/2 cup AP flour
1 1/4 teas baking soda
1 teas salt
1 teas cinnamon
1/2 teas nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
2 Tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin spice together into a mixing bowl. Mix in sugar, stir. Add pumpkin and stir. Add buttermilk, beaten egg and softened butter. Mix till blended. Pour into a greased 8x8 glass pan and bake 35 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
