1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb) broiler fryer cut up
1/4 c salad oil
salt and pepper
8 oz spaghetti cooked and drained
1 green pepper sliced or 1/2 c diced celery
1 onion sliced
2 (7 1/2 oz) cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce with cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp basil
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Place chicken in shallow baking dish and brush with salad oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350ºF for 30 min. Remove from oven and arrange spaghetti in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with chicken pieces. Arrange green pepper or celery and onion over top. Mix tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce, salt and basil. Pour over chicken and spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 45 min.
