1 green pepper cut in strips
2 c celery, cut in strips
1 c sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c sliced onion
2 c turkey stock
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 c turkey cut into 1" pieces
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
Brown green pepper, celery, onions and mushrooms in butter, then add broth, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with a little water until smooth and add to liquid and stir. when thickened, add turkey and stir in soy sauce and bean sprouts. This is nice served over chow mein noodles or rice.
