Ingredients:  
1 bag cut Broccoli or Florets
2 C. Rice (add salt)
2 tsp. Butter
1 jar Cheese Whiz
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil bag of broccoli or florets and drain.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to directions on package. Add salt and pepper and butter when you boil water and rice.

Mix jar of Cheese Whiz and mushroom soup. Then stir together rice and broccoli; mix well.

Pour in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
