2 sticks butter at room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1/4 pounds semisweet chocolate chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease and flour 8 x 12 x 2 pan

Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, with paddle attachment for 3 minutes,
until light and fluffy. With the mixer on low, add the vanilla, then the eggs,
one at a time mixing well and scraping the bowl.

In a small bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt together, then slowly
add to the wet ingredients. Then hand fold in the walnuts and chocolate
chunks.

Spread mixture into prepared pan, smooth the top
Bake 35-30 minutes, do not overbake
A toothpick inserted will not come out clean.
Very moist and gooey.
