Rhubarb Pie Recipe

1 Pie Shell (unbaked)
2 C Rhubarb
½ C Sugar
1 Egg

Crumbs:
½ C Flour 1/8 C Butter
½ C Sugar

Topping on Crumbs:
1 Tsp. Cinnamon 3 Tbsp. Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and rhubarb and place in pie shell.
Beat egg separately and well. Pour over rhubarb in pie shell.
Mix flour, sugar and butter into crumbs. Put over beaten egg in pie shell.
Sprinkle on 1 teaspoon cinnamon and drizzle on 3 tablespoons molasses.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
