2 cans black eyed peas
1 can hominy
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 green pepper diced
2 cloves garlic diced
8 oz Italian dressing
2 Jalapeno peppers diced (remove seeds)
1/2 cup chopped onion
Fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all cans and once again before adding dressing.

Serve with Tostado chips.
