Ingredients:  
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 lb lard

1 egg

1 tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
With pastry blender work lard and flour and salt until coarse
Beat egg, add vinegar and water - pour over flour mixture and work with fork until properly mixed
This pastry takes quite a bit of flour to roll out
