3 to 5 lb chicken
2 stalks celery chopped fine
1 onion chopped fine
1/2 green pepper chopped fine
1 c plus 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp each salt, pepper and basil

1/2 c reserved chicken broth
1 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in large pot until cooked through. Remove meat from bones and chop finely and set aside. In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, vegetables, breadcrumbs (1 c) and seasonings. In another large pot place cabbage in boiling water just long enough to soften leaves. Remove leaves. If crumb mixture doesn't hold together add just enough reserved stock to make it stick. Place two heaping tbsp. mixture in centre of cabbage leaves. Roll up jelly roll style and tuck in edges. Secure with toothpicks. Place rolls in large casserole dish or roaster pan. Mix soup, remaining broth and curry. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle three tbsp. crumbs and cheese over all and bake at 350ºF or until heated through, about 30 min.
