Ingredients:  
10 chicken drumsticks (or 1 whole chicken cut up to fry)
1 large green pepper sliced
2 large onions sliced
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. oregano
pepper to taste
1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes
14 oz water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry green pepper and onion in a large pot with oil until tender. Remove and set to one side. Brown chicken with oregano and pepper then return to green pepper and onion. Add tomatoes and water and simmer slowly 60 min. Serve on a bed of rice.
