3/4 lb cooked boneless turkey roast cut in 1" cubes
1 orange cut in wedges
1 pear cut in wedges
1 green pepper cut in squares
4 small spiced crab apples
1/2 c apricot preserves
1/4 c light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
dash of ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Thread pieces of turkey, orange, pear, green pepper and crab apples onto four 8 to 10 inch skewers. Combine ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Brush sauce over turkey and fruit. Place on grill and cook about four inches from coals, turning and brushing with sauce until meat and fruit are heated and well glazed. Serve on hot cooked rice with remaining sauce.
