1/4 c. water
1 T. organic cornstarch

1/2 c. soy sauce replacement (see seasoning recipes)
1/4 c. coconut sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 organic garlic clove, minced
1 T. raw honey
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 T. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, whisk together water and cornstarch until smooth. Add in all remaining ingredients and cook over medium/low heat until coconut sugar is dissolved. Makes 1 cup.
