in a small sauce pan add 1 egg beat add 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flour dash salt and pepper
add 1/3 cup vinegar add 1/2 teaspoon mustard 2/3 cup of water butter 1/4 cup stir over low heat stirring until it thickens it wont take long let cool ad pour over potato salad mixture.
