eggs
sugar
flour
baking powder
cinnamon
nutmeg


filling
powder sugar
butter
vanilla
cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 375
3 eggs beat for 3 minutes until fluffy
add 1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
mix well add
3/4 cup flour
1tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
mix well and spread in a well greased cookie sheet or a jelly roll pan
bake for 15 minutes or until done turn onto a towel covered with powder sugar and roll up and let cool filling
1 cup powder sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
1/40cup butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
beat until done unroll and coat with the filling then roll back up
