2 cans of Tomato Puree
1 can Water
2 cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oregano
Basil
3 links of Italian sausage (Mild or Hot, your preference)
Add Meatballs (See recipe)
16 ounces Spaghetti

Cook about 3 hours or longer.

Directions:
Cook sausage in pot the you will use for your sauce.
When Sausage is browned remove from pot, then brown your garlic in the oil from the browned sausage. Add puree and water and stir until all is dissolved.
Add the rest of the spices and add your meatballs.

Cook on low (simmer) for 3 hours or longer

Cook Spaghetti or favorite pasta to desired tenderness, combine and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
You can use 1 can of Puree and 1 can of Tomato Paste instead of 2 cans of Puree. This increases acidity, but makes sauce thicker. You can also add Beef, Pork, Braciole, Pig feet, etc
