Sweet & Sour sauce


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup Bread crumbs
1.5 lbs Ground beef
1 Egg
1/2 cup of Milk* (Optional- makes softer meatballs)
Salt & Pepper to taste

1/4 cup Vinegar
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Water
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Onion - Chopped
1/2 cup Green pepper - Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, ground beef, salt, pepper, egg until combined
Roll meatballs into approximately 1 inch balls and fry in olive oil. Set aside

To make the sweet and sour sauce, mix all other ingredients and pour over meatballs
bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º

Note: I prefer to blend the onions and peppers, but its your preference.
