1 lb. boneless Chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp Garlic powder (or Fresh Garlic minced)
Dash of salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil
1 egg
Parsley
1/4 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken as thin as you can.
In a bowl mix bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt pepper cheese,
In a separate bowl beat egg.
Dip chicken in egg and then bread crumbs to coat well.
Fry in olive oil until cooked.
