1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder or fresh
dash of salt
pepper
olive oil
1 egg
parsley
1/4 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken as thin as you can.
in a bowl mix bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt pepper cheese,
in another bowl beat egg.
dip chicken in egg and then bread crumbs coat well.
fry in olive oil until done.
