3 cucumbers peeled & sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup Miracle Whip
1 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Milk to thin (optional)
2 medium onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers in a colander set over a bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Toss & let stand 15 to 30 minutes to draw out water.
Combine Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Whip with whisk, thin with a little milk. Adjust seasonings to taste. Drain cucumbers, squeezing out any water. Place in a large bowl. Add onions & Miracle Whip mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to blend.

(I've made this using only 2 cucumbers and it's plenty for 3 or 4 people)
