2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup sour milk (add a little vinegar)
2 t vanilla
1 t salt
3 t baking powder
1 t baking soda (add a bit of warm water)
6 - 7 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 350º 5 - 7 minutes.


Mix 6 cups of flour, salt, and baking powder into separate bowl.
Cream eggs, sugar, shortening & vanilla in separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients along with milk into mixture. Add extra cup of flour if needed . Drop by spoon on to cookie sheet.
