3 cans of Mexican corn-drained
3 C of mayonnaise
3 C shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Combine all ingredients.
Pour in baking dish.
Bake at 350 until bubbly.
Serve with Frito Scoops
