9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 T flour
1 chicken flavored bullion
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
1 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 T chopped green pepper
2 T chopped pimiento
1 can (8 oz) French-fried onions

Directions:

Bake pie shell at 425º for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350º.

In medium bowl, toss cheese, flour and bullion. Add turkey or chicken, evaporated milk, eggs, onion, green pepper and pimiento. Mix well and pour into baked pie shell. Bake 40-45 minutes (350º) or until set. Top with French-fried onions the last five minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
