24 oz Cream Cheese, softened
20 Cups Powdered Sugar
40 Drops Peppermint extract and the food color of your choice
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four and need to have a pie dough consistency, add sugar until you have a good , workable dough
take small amounts of dough and roll into a ball then into the sugar , press into the molds, remove excess, unmold onto waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
