6 cups chicken stock (or 6 cups of water with 4 chicken bouillon cubes)
Pinch cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water
4 eggs, lightly beaten, with 1 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken stock and cayenne pepper over high heat until just under a boil. Add cornstarch mixture, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; swirl in eggs using fork. Serve immediately.
