2 pounds flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from the steak and score it deeply with diagonal slashes. Place in large resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over steak and seal bag. Allow to marinate at room temperature 4 to 6 hours, turning every 2 hours. Drain steak, and broil to desired degree of doneness, turning once [about 5 minutes per side].
