1/4 c Dijon mustard
3 T white wine vinegar
9 T olive oil
2/3 c chopped shallots
2 T chopped fresh rosemary
2 tsp chopped fresh sage

Directions:

Mix mustard and vinegar in bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Mix in shallots and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
