2 (9") white cakes
2 kiwi fruit sliced thin
1 can mandarin oranges drained
1 small can chunk pineapple drained
1/2 c whole maraschino cherries
1/2 flaked coconut
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 pkg instant whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Slice each cake in half to produce four thin cakes. Place first cake on plate or tray and cover with a "thin" layer of pudding and whipped topping. Arrange kiwi to cover top of cake saving a few pieces to garnish. Repeat process for second layer using oranges and third layer using pineapple. Place final layer of cake on pineapple and cover with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top with coconut and garnish with cherries. Chill until ready to serve. For a different variation make enough whipped topping to cover entire cake and sprinkle with coconut. You can also substitute bananas for kiwis and grapes for cherries.
