2 c graham wafers
1 c whipping cream
2 eggs
2 c icing sugar
1/2 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Place 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c graham wafers in pan. Cream eggs, icing sugar, butter and vanilla until light and fluffy. Drain pineapple. Add whipped cream. Sprinkle rest of graham wafer crumbs on top. Keep in freezer. Freezes well in a 9" square pan.
