1 lbs. ground chuck
2 tbs. salad oil
2 medium onions, chopped
1 28-oz. can tomatoes
1 11-oz. can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 3 -oz. can pitted ripe olives, drained and quartered
1 4-oz. package shredded Cheddar cheese (1 cup)

Directions:
In large cook-and-serve skillet over medium heat, in hot salad oil, cook chuck until browned. Add onions, tomatoes, corn, and macaroni and cook, covered, 30 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chili powder, garlic salt, and olives; sprinkle with cheese and heat, covered 5 minutes. Serve in skillet.
