1/2 cup grated carrot
small amount of grated onion
1/3 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten, or Egg Beaters
Pepper, salt and garlic to taste
8 oz sharp grated cheese

Mix together, spray 8-inch-square dish.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
