1-1/2 lbs fish
Salt and pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan sauce
2 T melted butter or margarine (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in shallow baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Spread tomato sauce over each fillet; sprinkle with cheese. For a more attractive appearance, sprinkle with melted butter or margarine.

Bake in hot oven (425) until fish flakes easily, 15-20 minutes.
