1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 cups cubed, precooked ham
1 lb provolone cheese, cubed or cut up
1 onion, chopped
1/8 cup butter
8 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup honey mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread cubes, ham and cheese. Place in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Saute onion in butter until tender. Transfer to a bowl.
Add eggs, milk and honey mustard, mix well. Pour over bread mixture.

Cover and refrigerate over night.

Remove from refrigerator 3 minutes before baking.

Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
