4 lbs ground beef
4 cans pinto beans
1 large salsa
4 1oz pkgs taco seasoning
2 bell perrers chopped
1 bunch green onions chopped
8 med. tomatoes chopped
4 cups of shredded cheese ( Mexican mix)
1 C blk sliced olives- optional
Sour Cream
Guacamole
1 head of chopped lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In a skillet brown ground beef and then drain. Stir in beans, salsa and taco mix. Heat until boiling...stirring occasionally
In ungreased casserole place broken tortilla chips. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with bell pepper, onion, olives, cheese and some tomatoes.
Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with more chips if desired. Serve with Sour Cream, Guacamole, rest of tomatoes, lettuce and more salsa.
