Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Spaghetti sauce...homemade or jar, your choice!
Cooked Spaghetti
Ricotta cheese or container of cottage cheese mix with 2 eggs
Can of Cream of mushroom soup
Provolone cheese slices
1 Lg bag of shredded mixed Italian cheeses
1 sm can of sliced black olives...you can also add sliced green olives

Opt: Red Wine

Directions:
Directions:
I usually make my own spaghetti sauce and freeze any left over sauce....this is the sauce I generally use when making this dish.
Cook your spaghetti noodles until it is done ( Nana use to take a piece and throw it on the cabinet, if it stuck it was done) or you can follow instructions on pkg!
Take a large deep dish casserole and put some of your sauce in bottom of dish. Next layer like you would lasagna ....pasta, more sauce, ricotta, more pasta, more sauce, soup, olives. pasta, sauce, shredded cheese more pasta, then sauce and then remainder of cheese. I personally like to put a little more sauce on top of that. Next if you choose to use wine, take a knife and run the knife around the edges of the casserole. After that pour appx. a half cup of wine over top of casserole and it should run down sides and be absorbed.
Cover with foil and bale at 350 for about 40 minutes, uncover and bake about 10/15 minutes more. Casserole should be nice and bubbly.
