4 Bratwurst
3- (12 ounce cans) light beer
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp cayenne pepper
6 slices (cut in half) bacon

Directions:
Poke several holes in bratwurst
Place in saucepan in beer,
Bring to boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes
Remove bratwurst and allow to cool to room temperature

Pre heat to 450, Line a baking sheet with edges with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top

Mix brown sugar and cayenne pepper together in bowl.
Cut bratwurst into 3 pieces, wrap in bacon and secure with toothpick, place on wire rack and repeat.
Coat with brown sugar/cayenne pepper coating

Place in over cook until crispy 25-35 mintues
