2 Orange peeled, deseeded and chopped
2 Apples peeled and chopped
2 Bananas peeled and chopped
100 grams Mini Marshmallows
1 Tinned Mandarin Pieces
1 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Tub Sour Cream Or Low Fat Yogurt
1 Tin Pineapple Pieces

topping: 1/2 cup almond flakes

Directions:

Mix together ingredients. Top with almond flakes, Serve cold.
