1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup instant Cream of Wheat
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Spray with cooking spray.
Combine ingredients until smooth.
Pour by 1/3-cupfuls onto the hot pan.
Cook for 1 - 2 minutes per side.
