1 lb. ground Beef (optional turkey or pork or mixed)
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 cup Grated cheese (Romano, or whatever you prefer)
2 cloves chopped Garlic
Tbsp Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Roll meat into balls, and brown in olive oil. Place balls into the pasta sauce (or eat alone with your favorite dipping sauce for a separate meal).
