Broccoli Casserole Recipe

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
cup chopped onions
1 small can mushrooms
cup mayonnaise
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1(10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz) can condensed broccoli and cheese soup
2 eggs, light beaten
2 cups crackers, crushed (Ritz-try the bacon flavored)
2 tablespoons butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Add onions to broccoli and cook according to package directions. Drain.
3. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
4. In a large bowl, combine cooked broccoli mixture, mayonnaise, mushrooms, cheese, soup and eggs.
5. Mix well.
6. Place the mixture in pan.
7. Top with crushed crackers and pour the melted butter evenly over crackers.
8. Bake for 35 minutes or until set and browned.
