1 cup margarine softened
1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, 1/2 cup confectioners sugar & vanilla and mix thoroughly. Sift salt and flour together. Gradually add flour mixture and nuts mixing thoroughly. Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 - 10 minutes until set but not brown. While warm, roll balls in remaining confectioners sugar. Cool and roll in confectioners sugar again.
