1 package cream cheese
6 fresh jalapeño peppers
1lb bacon, at least 12 slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400º
Prepare peppers by cutting off stem, cut in half long wise and clean out seeds and membrane.
Fill each half pepper with cream cheese. Wrap filled pepper with one slice of bacon. Place on baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes until bacon is crisp.
