1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 (16 oz.) red beans
2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped (or 16 oz. stewed tomatoes)
1/2 c. mild picante sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, and green peppers in oil. Add chili powder and cumin. Add beans, tomatoes and picante sauce. Simmer until heated through. Serve with cooked rice.
