Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
1 c. crushed soda crackers
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except ketchup. Mix just until everything is worked into the ground chuck. Shape into a loaf. Top with tomato ketchup. Cover and bake at 350 for about one hour. Remove cover the last 15 minutes. Sometimes you may need to use a few more crackers, depending on the meat.
