Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef or top round steak, cut in small pieces, season with Lawry's salt
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Hot cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in large skillet until meat is browned. Drain fat. Stir in flour, garlic salt, pepper and mushrooms; cook and stir one minute. Stir in soup. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.
