1 bag coleslaw mix
1 lb. pork sausage
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
Salt to taste
1/4 c. onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and add other ingredients. Cover and cook on stove top about 5 minutes on medium heat. Remove lid, stir and toss and taste.
